MedSIS 3C: Login Help

I have never logged in to MedSIS 3C before

In order to login you need a valid PIN (Personal ID Number) and password.
User accounts are maintained by the Undergraduate Medical Education (UME) office.

If you are a student, you have automatically been registered with MedSIS 3C. You should have received this information in a welcome e-mail from MedSIS 3C. If you have not received this information, or have misplaced it, please contact the MedSIS 3C & Evaluations Administrative Coordinator in the UME office at pa.uoft@medsis3c.com or 1-416-978-2190.

If you are a teacher, you will only need to login to MedSIS 3C if you have evaluation responsibilities; you should receive an e-mail notification to this effect, along with login information, only when the evaluation is scheduled to be completed. If you believe you should have been notified already but have not received any e-mail from MedSIS 3C, please contact the MedSIS 3C & Evaluations Administrative Coordinator in the UME office at pa.uoft@medsis3c.com at 1-416-978-2190.

If you are an administrator (course assistant, site coordinator, course director, academy staff member, etc.) and have not received a welcome e-mail from MedSIS 3C with your login information, please contact the MedSIS 3C & Evaluations Administrative Coordinator in the UME office at pa.uoft@medsis3c.com or 1-416-978-2190. Please be sure to include your job title, site and course (if applicable),and contact information.

I've logged into MedSIS 3C before but can't now

I've forgotten my PIN or Password.

Go to https://paprogram.medsis3c.com//index.cfm/Authentication:Main.index to be sent the information over e-mail.

I know that my PIN and Password are correct, but the system won't let me login.

If you are using the numeric keypad on your keyboard to input your login information on the MedSIS 3C login page, please ensure that your 'NumLock' keyboard key is on. Alternatively, if you are attempting to access MedSIS 3C from a school, business, or government office, you may be attached to a LAN (local area network) and behind a firewall. In this case, please contact your system administrator for assistance.
